We've developed the Arcus Apprentice Program to train and educate energetic professionals during a 14-week intensive learning process and our second class is underway. In addition to a rigorous, yet challenging and highly-rewarding on-the-job training program, each Apprentice will have a unique opportunity to learn the staffing industry, polish his/her sales and communications skills, and compete with fellow apprentices to earn a coveted spot on the Arcus sales and recruiting team. Not only will the Apprentice be mentored and learn the tricks of our trade, but he or she will interact with influential members of the community, complete projects and activities as if working for Donald Trump himself, and ultimately, build a network and tool box of skills. The Apprentice also has a chance to play a significant role in our company’s International presence. And, yes, successful Apprentice candidates will receive a starting annual salary of $35K and benefits.
