Linguist / Language Translator

  • 1-3 years experience preferred
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Prior translation experience is a must
  • Ability to work extensively over a telephone
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a neutral and objective position at all times
  • General computer skills and experience with productivity tools and web based applications
     

Project Manager

  • Previous project management experience is a must
  • Ability to use diplomacy and persuasion to get things done
  • Ability to manage several projects, balance deadlines, and communicate effectively to clients and employees
     

Web Developer

  • 2-3 years of PHP Development
  • 2-3 years of My SQL Database design/development
  • Must have Photoshop, HTML and either Flash or Shockwave skills
  • Video animation experience a plus
     

Recruiting Assistant

  • Research, recruit, screen, and refer job candidates for job openings and to meet hiring goals
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Proactively source candidates for potential clients
  • Target qualified candidates for promotion to the Recruiting team
  • Coordinate email communications with applicants
     

Administrative/Clerical Professional

  • Provide timely and professional customer service to outside clients, candidates and vendors as the first line of contact
  • Support the recruiting and sourcing teams through administrative responsibilities
  • Format Resumes in a timely manner
  • Answer a multi-line, multi-office telephone system
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed for the General Manager
