R. Douglas Firestone - President & Chief Executive Officer

R. Douglas Firestone is President and Chief Executive Officer of Arcus, a leading Nearshore solutions provider of Call Center, IT and Project Management services. As an internationally recognized and enthusiastic entrepreneur, Doug Firestone is actively involved in the business and local communities in both his home town of Hershey, Pennsylvania, as well as in Costa Rica.

With a client list that includes Fortune 500 companies, local and state government, as well as non-profit entities, Doug Firestone has been the cornerstone of Arcus' successful international expansion. In addition to a thorough background in Outsourcing and Talent Management, Doug is passionate and knowledgeable about the Latin American business climate and the potential this region has as an emerging Outsourcing market . He and his wife Jodi reside in Hershey, PA with their two children.

Carolina Murillo

Carolina Murillo – Global Shared Services Manager

As Arcus' Global Shared Services Manager, Carolina Murillo is responsible for the management and delivery of all services related to our Call Center and BPO solutions. As a professional business leader with 11+ years of experience in both online and offline service operations; Carolina's vast expertise in customer service, consumer protection, fraud prevention processes have formed Carolina in to the industry leader she is today.

Carolina is also well versed in project management, focused on the migration of operations and processes from call centers abroad relocating to Costa Rica. Managing over 200 employees, Carolina's focus on process improvement has resulted in significant cost savings, as well as increased and sustained customer satisfaction. Carolina Murillo holds an MBA from the ADEN Business School, and is also Six-Sigma Green Belt Certified.



Frank Reid

Frank Reid - Vice President of Sales

Frank Reid serves Arcus as the Vice President of Sales, and is responsible for the company's expansion efforts in Costa Rica and across Latin America. Frank has served in a variety of roles at Arcus, and has been responsible for several key focus areas including recruiting, training and business development.

Frank Reid has been active in the outsourcing and staffing industry for more than seventeen years. He has previously owned a recruiting firm, and was a Senior Account Manager/ Recruiter and Trainer for a national staffing firm located in Southeastern PA. With experience in the industry for nearly two decades, Frank understands the intricacies and best practices of talent management solutions at an elite level. Frank Reid has an impressive list of qualifications, and is well versed in a variety of management positions.


Cindy Rutz, SPHR

Cindy Rutz, SPHR – Chief Operating Officer

Cindy Rutz is the Chief Operating Officer at Arcus. In this position, she is responsible for all aspects of our Operations, Delivery and Human Resource initiatives. In her role, Cindy is also tasked with facilitating and maintaining a workplace environment conducive to both productivity and fun, thus directly impacting company culture and business success.

Cindy's diverse background at Arcus has helped her to become familiar with the many different departments in the company, ultimately allowing her to better lead and understand Arcus' employees and Arcus' corporate vision. Before working as the Chief Operating Officer at Arcus, Cindy served as an HR consultant. In this role, she specialized in HR compliance, recruiting, and employee relations. Cindy's previous experience in HR within the staffing industry and in Corporate HR within the financial industry equipped her with the ability to lead in various business settings. Cindy Rutz has a degree in Human Resources/Employee Relations from Auburn University.

Gina Solari

Gina Solari – Global Marketing & Operations Manager

As the Global Marketing & Operations Manager for Arcus, Gina brings over a decade of experience in Branding, Sales Support, Client Relationship and Corporate Communication management roles. With a specialization in Costa Rica's Nearshore service industry; her most recent experiences include the development of global marketing programs to promote multiple brands across diverse vertical markets, geographies and industries.

Having worked for North American and European companies in the past, Gina now leads our Marketing and Public Relations initiatives and is responsible for the creation and execution of all our promotional campaigns within areas such as Sales, Social Media, Corporate Social Responsibility, Media Relations, and Employee Communication programs throughout all of our Arcus locations and business units. Specializing in Corporate Communications and Global Affairs, Gina has also been trained in IT industry Best Practices (ITIL Foundations Certified), Project Management, Marketing & Sales 2.0 and Social Media.


Alain Valenzuela

Alain Valenzuela - Director of Latin American Sales

As the Director of Latin American Sales, Alain Valenzuela brings to Arcus over a decade of experience in business development and is focused on developing new accounts and new business opportunities for Arcus throughout Costa Rica and Latin America. As he leads the charge for new business relationships, Alain adds extensive sales experience and a unique point-of-view to our global sales team.

With an important network of contacts throughout the region, Alain is also an active member of organizations such as the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce and The American Chamber of Commerce. His experience with companies in many geographic locations and target markets across the Latin American region enables him to know what it takes to build a book of business that drives revenue and retention, and his expertise goes hand-in-hand with Arcus company vision and expansion into key business areas.
