(February 3, 2010) – Arcus, an international talent management and consulting solutions company announced today that Brenda Fraunfelter will serve as Coordinator of Latin American Delivery to bridge the gap between its offices in the United States and Costa Rica. Her industry experience, late night sourcing, strategic planning and commitment to the team have landed her this perfectly suited new role.

Arcus launched its near shore solutions center in the spring of last year in San José, Costa Rica and has experienced significant growth and opportunity within the country. “Brenda’s experience, enthusiasm, commitment and willingness to help others experience success is what makes her special and an invaluable member of the Arcus team,” said R. Douglas Firestone, President and CEO of Arcus. “I look forward to the direction and the accomplishments to come as a result of Brenda’s leadership.”

Brenda has been a member of the Arcus team for nearly four years. She has served in a variety of roles at Arcus, previously including Manager of Recruiting and Sourcing.
