Leading Industry Exec Hired as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Services

HARRISBURG, PA, US. (March 24, 2010) – Arcus, an international talent management and consulting solutions company announced today that Vonciél Turner, a well-known industry executive, has joined the team as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Services and will lead the charge for two strategic growth areas within the organization; staffing projects and business process outsourcing.

As the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Services and a member of the Executive Team, Vonciél will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing project sales department through strategic direction. She will handle all aspects of the sales process; from prospecting and business development to sales presentations and contract negotiation. Additionally, Vonciél will be responsible for initiating and leveraging the organization’s key target lists, developing sales plans and accurate forecasts and making recommendations for project development.

Prior to coming to Arcus, Vonciél most recently worked as the Director of Enterprise Workforce Solutions for Yoh Talent Solutions, where she led the sales efforts of the vendor management program. And, before Yoh, Vonciél was the Vice President of Major Accounts/Staffing Executive for Robert Half International. While at Robert Half, she managed a team of more than 50 professionals and developed sales and marketing strategies for a $46 million business unit and established strategic partnerships and worked collaboratively with the company’s eight divisions. Most impressive of all is Vonciél’s knowledge of the Cable and Telecommunications industries and her own experience with starting and running her own successful company, Fusion Telecommunications with operations in the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean. Due to her company’s widespread partnerships and profitability, Vonciél was instrumental in taking the company public on the American Stock Exchange. She remains a member of the Executive Committee and a Shareholder.

Vonciél has received her Executive Education in Technology Strategies and Systems Dynamics from MIT in Boston; did her MBA studies in Global Economics at Columbia University in NYC; and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Baruch College in NYC. Additionally, she was an active member of the United States Army and a recipient of Military Honors for her six years of service and several congressional and senate congratulatory letters.

Green Apple Corporation Joins Forces with Arcus

HARRISBURG, PA, US. (March 24, 2010) – Arcus, an international talent management and consulting solutions company announced today that Green Apple Corporation, a Philadelphia-based IT Recruiting and Staffing firm, has completed a merger and joined forces with them to focus and grow the staffing solutions division.

Geoffrey Dreyer was the founder and served as the President of Green Apple Corporation since he launched the company six years ago. He developed and implemented a successful, high-impact business plan and utilized a creative visionary approach to ensure quality delivery and results, while continuing growth and exceeding sales quota. His unique way of handling client and consultant care and his business development success pushed the company to an impressive seven figures within his first few years in business. The merger has created a win-win situation for both firms, as resources and expertise have been combined to create a stronger service offering. Additionally, Green Apple’s active client and consultant roster will be continuing their relationship with Geoffrey as he joins the Arcus team.

As a result of the merger, Geoffrey will serve on the executive team as the Vice President of Staffing Services. In this role, Geoffrey will utilize his industry experience to focus on the role as sales leader in one of the firm’s core competency areas, technology staffing solutions. Geoffrey will be responsible for the staff augmentation side of the business and the team dedicated to it. His management and mentoring expertise, business development capabilities and ability to drive revenue will play a role in his new position.

Geoffrey has more than 15 years of senior sales leadership experience, driving impressive sales figures in the IT Consulting market and working with large clients like IMS Health, GlaxoSmithKline, Project Management Institute, Dollar Financial Network, Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania, University of Pennsylvania, IKEA North America, David’s Bridal, General Dynamics and LimeWire. Prior to running his own company, he spent time at Devon Consulting in Philadelphia and was repeatedly recognized as the top producing Account Manager for sales and gross profit, high-level sales experience and the ability to double revenue figures as a result of his work with clients.
